About Hamilton County Court Docket

Hamilton County court dockets are divided among criminal, civil, chancery, juvenile, and municipal offices rather than gathered in one statewide trial-court portal. This private reference resource organizes the official starting points so readers can identify the right clerk, search page, address, or phone number before requesting a record.

Why We Built This Site

Tennessee permits public inspection of public court records under Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 34, subject to sealing, confidentiality, and other legal limits. Access in Hamilton County still depends on choosing the right custodian. The Criminal Court Clerk maintains Criminal Court records and supports General Sessions Criminal, while the Circuit Court Clerk serves Circuit Court and Sessions Civil. The Clerk & Master handles Chancery records, Juvenile Court has a separate clerk, and each municipal court follows its own process. This site arranges those official contacts, docket links, search routes, and request choices in one place.

What You Will Find Here

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site with no connection to a Tennessee court, clerk, or government agency. Those limits matter:

  • We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
  • We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
  • We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now

Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.

Search Partners

Third-party providers power search boxes shown on some pages. They control their own services, results, and prices. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports this free resource. We do not choose the records returned by a partner or set its charges.
